Tonight I Got out of my Comfort Zone and I am using my voice again. These last few years have been a Big wake up call of Do I really want this and if not, What do I want? What would I love and What can I do with what I have, where I am. I love doing this, it feels good to share my heart, soul and passion with all those who join in. Thank you, I truly appreciate each and everyone of you.
I have found more focus. Each day is a new blessing and I allow myself to Blossom more and more. Grateful for the Online Communities I found a long the way so I stay connected within the Busyness of life. Connection is a Big thing for Mental Wellness.

Today the more I allow the ebb and flow of life to show me the next right thing and the next right thing. The more life becomes of course that happened. Of course that showed up, of course it was there and so one. Meaning the more I Focus on what I would love and the good in me & life, the more of it that shows up with ease & grace. I am so thankful for my full journey to here and now. I am who I am and where I am, Authentically me.

And I have drove and visited Small & Big towns all over California and Some Beyond Cali too.

Some may not know and some may assume why I chose the Business name Purple Crystal 333. For me it was over 2 decades in the making and continues to Shift, Gratefully. I am thankful a customer asked why 333 and Jazz had asked too. So I figured a blog to explain the deeper meaning of PurpleCrystal333 for those that also want to know.Yes Purple is my favorite Color for many reasons, Yes my name is Crystal & Yes 3:33 is the time we got married thus becoming our Family of 3. However it goes much deeper than that for me and it includes the Self Love and acceptance I am finding along our Journey as a Family.
Purple is the collaboration & combination of 3 colors in different shades of Red, White & Blue. Which could go way deeper (I’ll save that for a later blog) or Simply What Shade of Purple Feels good for you? Add a little Red, Add a little Blue & Add a little White with Love, Work & Play see what Purple Feels Best for Our Best Life as a Family, Isn’t that the simplest form of Democracy? For Me I am Purple and a Rainbow of Colors that make me.Crystal is a Crystal Clear stone that is Beautiful for releasing the negative parts of Perfection. Life is Imperfectly Imperfect and so are most things. Every Crystal is Unique with it’s own Cracks, Minerals, Flaws & Imperfections which makes up the Entire Beauty of Every Unique Crystal just like us Humans.
333 for Angels and Ancestors walking by our side to guide us on the path to Self acceptance while exploring our thoughts. Releasing the negative and Allowing more Love vibration to feel more Joy in the Everyday of Life. Shitake happens, I can learn and choose differently or continue. It’s a daily choice and the guidance is there when I make the time to get quiet and ask. Life is what it is, it’s not personal.Change Begins In Me, is a Shift in my perspective. To enjoy the life I have while exploring the desire for more. It's an inside job to feel good. I am thankful we have many modalities to choose from to create the life, I love waking up to.
It's been a busy year for me and I am so thankful for the Shifts, the Love and Support. It truly feels like the fruits of mine and our labor are starting to come together. I am thankful for my journey of revealing and healing me which gives me the space to honor me while taking things less personally and accepting the lessons as they come.
Something I noticed in me is I can be my own worst enemy or best friend, my thoughts & mindset matter. I am thankful as I learn to love and appreciate me for me, authentically me. Thank Goodness, Change Begins in Me.
I am thankful for the Journey and Glad I explore ways to better myself as Wow, I get to enjoy my Family now for who they are, not who I or anyone else thinks they Should be. Something we do our best to not do these days is Should all over ourselves, we replace it with coulda and it shifts the energy.
Who knew life could be fun and functioning? I love that the more I love my life, the better life is and feels to me, How about you? Support comes in so many wonderful ways and I know for me it helps having communities I can go to, to feel safe being vulnerable and open to be authentically me, while learning self regulation alongside Accountability partners.

My Daily Affirmations, Why are they important you may be asking. I know I asked as I had been an impulsive skeptical Aries when I started all of this Shifting for me. I had been told by so many at that point all my wrongs (Meant with Love & Felt in Fear), so much so I couldn't even see what was right for me. I know I am not alone in that either. So many of us struggle with it and share our thoughts and such with love intentions and yet some like me are too hurt at times to feel the Love, instead it's felt as judgement and ridicule. I own my part today as I have done it as well in my own clumsiness of life. And it's up to me to Shift it for the greater good for me and all our loved ones.
I know I wasn't taught communication, connection, healthy boundaries and coping skills these are things I get to learn, implement, process, adjust & figure out for me to feel better inside and out, for me as well as Jazz, Tam and all our Family. I love learning and growing, so I am consistently finding new things to reach for and I love sharing it with our Team. I am thankful for all of us and the Shifts we are making in and for our own Families. Bottom Line for me especially is Love Wins and it starts within...Change Begins in Me.
I am far from perfect and today I don't choose to be, I know who I am today and I am proud of all I have accomplished thus far and enjoy everyday seeing What else is possible. None of my Best life happened when I was caught up in the Can'ts, Shouldas, Wouldas, What ifs, Hows, Why'd this happen to me, Why do they do this to me or any of the other things that go through my mind when I get caught up in my OC(Old Crystal) thinking and Forget who the Fluff I am, Who we all are. We all came here with our own light, indivual gifts and Unique Beauty, I love being a part of the Lifting each other up, listening, hearing and finding solutions for Our individual Best outcomes and lives.

The more priceless part for me has been my wellness feels good on me and get's better and better. All of it is by making adjustments for My Overall Mind, Body, Spirit & Home Wellness shifting my home to mostly toxin free, less clutter and feels better and better, it's a personal process and journey. Let's find it together, as together is better. I would love for all of us to know how special we truly are, just because we get to wake up today. Such an awesome Gift it is and even in the everyday being Present to enjoy it, especially the lil things.
Okay that's Enough for now of my Rant or Rave however we perceive. Just know I love you, Thank you and We are not alone. I know for me it's in my ego, pride, shame, blame & guilt trip train that I felt and occasionally feel the loneliness and separation set in and as I give myself more love, grace and compassion I am more open to share more out to those I love.

Happy Holidays from us to you, some may feel Best during this time and their are those that have harder times. No matter where you are on the Holiday Season spectrum, it's right where we are supposed to be and it's okay, it is what it is.
That being said it brings me to this short blog to say a Big Thank you, Thank you for Believing in me, us and our Dreams, even before I fully Believed in Me and Dreams Really Coming True. 2021 has been eye opening for me and our Family in so many ways and I feel Blessed to have so many Heart Centered, Caretakers and Families in our life that invest in Personal Development, Self Reflection, Awareness, Mindfulness, Balance, Self Love and Overall Wellness.

My Journey Shifted in the Summer of 2013 when I had a health Scare that made me Realize I am the only one that can, take my life back to live a life that I love living. Instead of where I was just going through the motions and doing all the things I thought I was supposed to do or told I should do, doing everything I thought I had to do as that's the Belief I had.
It took me from then til now to Realize no matter what it's on me and my energy, bottom line. Thus why I began creating Shift Your Shitake, I'd Love to share what I invested in during that time to find my Balance, my Best life and all the things I love and enjoy doing. Why, You may be asking? So hopefully the person that needs to and is ready to hear this may not have to go through all the struggles. Let's find a Fun. Creative Solution for your Best you, Only if you Feel invited.
